Tempranillo 90%, Garnacha, Mazuelo y Graciano 10%
ELABORACIÓN
Fermentación controlada a una temperatura entre 22 y 26 ºC en depósitos de acero inoxidable, empleando levadura seleccionada. Tiempo de maceración entre 10 y 18 días. Reposo en tinas de roble americano y francés.
CRIANZA
De 12 a 14 meses en barrica de roble y al menos 4 meses en botella.
NOTA DE CATA
Rojo cerezo vivo y brillante con reflejos púrpura. Aromas netamente frutales que matizan algunas notas especiadas, ahumadas y balsámicas. Amable, suave y de paso fácil en boca. Largo y fresco.
